By using the G&M Car Service website and booking our transportation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

G&M Car Service, operated by LottoDeamon LLC, provides private car transportation services in Sarasota County, Florida and surrounding areas, including airport transfers, long-distance rides, and local transportation.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are requests until confirmed by our team via phone, SMS, or email.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Pricing displayed on the website is an estimate. Final pricing may vary based on actual distance, tolls, wait time, and route conditions.
Airport pickups include up to 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled arrival. Additional wait time may incur charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

24+ hours before pickup: Full refund / no charge.
12–24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Less than 12 hours / no-show: Full fare may be charged.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, and other methods as agreed upon booking.
Toll fees are passed through at cost and added to your fare.
Tips are appreciated but not required.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup/dropoff addresses and flight information.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times as required by Florida law.
Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol in the vehicle is prohibited.
Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the ride.

6. Liability Limitations

G&M Car Service carries appropriate commercial auto insurance as required by Florida law.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Our maximum liability for lost or damaged personal property left in the vehicle is limited to $250.
We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or connections due to factors outside our control.

7. Vehicle & Safety

All vehicles are properly registered, insured, and maintained.
All drivers are licensed and authorized to operate in the State of Florida.
Child car seats are the responsibility of the passenger unless arranged in advance.

8. Website Use

The website is provided "as is." We make no warranties about accuracy or availability.
Price estimates are calculated using Google Maps distance data and our published rate tiers. Actual charges may vary.
You agree not to misuse, scrape, or interfere with the website's functionality.

9. SMS Program Terms

G&M Car Service sends transactional text messages to customers who request transportation service and consent to receive booking-related SMS communications.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
